Somerset International Festival of the Arts – Glories of the Baroque

The 2024 Somerset International Festival of the Arts kicks off in style with a programme of Baroque favourites performed by the Bristol Ensemble, including the effervescent fanfare Arrival of the Queen of Sheba. At the heart of this concert is Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No.5, along with celebratory music by Handel. There is a pre-concert talk at 6.30pm.
