Principal players from the Bristol Ensemble present a delightful afternoon of chamber music including the graceful elegance of Mozart’s much-loved Flute Quartet, a work full of lyrical charm, sparkling dialogue and effortless wit.

Alongside it, John Rutter’s Suite Antique offers a playful nod to earlier musical styles, blending baroque-inspired dance movements with Rutter’s unmistakable melodic warmth and colour. Written for flute, harpsichord and strings, it moves from lively to reflective with irresistible charm.
