Ian Maslen

Ian climbed aboard the good ship Preludes Music in 2016 and has been delivering whole class lessons as well as providing piano, guitar, vocal and brass tuition ever since. 

Ian originally trained as a science teacher but changed course when he realised that music was a much more fun subject!

When not teaching he’s often found making music of his own, whether that be fronting rock bands, accompanying silent movies, or singing his little socks off at folk and sea shanty festivals.
