Valley Arts Summer Serenade

Bristol Ensemble returns to Chew Valley this summer for a special outdoor concert on the paddock next to Chew Magna Cricket Ground.

Bring a chair or picnic blanket and enjoy a relaxed evening of live music in a beautiful setting. Their Summer Serenade programme celebrates the sounds of nature through sparkling Baroque masterpieces by including Pachelbel’s Canon, Vivaldi’s Summer from The Four Seasons, Mozart’s Overture to The Marriage of Figaro, Bach’s Air on the G String and many more.

Sit back and enjoy music inspired by birdsong, flowing water, and the calm of the countryside – an uplifting summer evening of elegance, atmosphere, and outstanding musicianship under the open sky!

In the event of bad weather the concert will take place at St Andrew’s Church, Chew Magna.
